9/16/25 today was total shit. i started off really strong food-wise but then binged the second i got home. i took a bunch of laxatives, and now im crazy fucking nauseous, so hopefully i just shit my brains out tmr so i can pretend today just didn't even happen. i need to stop fucking eating when i get home, holy shit. whatever, im restarting the fast tomorrow. 9/15/25 i saw my brother today. that was fun. we sort of just hung out on the swings at a playground by the train station while i drank coffee and he talked. its been a while since ive seen him, so it was really nice. i got through the first day of liquid fasting (going for at least a week ugh) so im at least on track with that. i have school and drumming practice tomorrow so im probably not going to get around to doing anything psychadellic. probably just gonna smoke pot. |
